# Brief me on an account

## Steps

1. `get_account_brief` with the company domain. A scheme, a `www.` and a path are all fine; they get stripped.
2. If `account` is `null`, nobody from that company has been seen. Say that and stop. It is an answer.
3. Read `openQuestions` first. What a company asked and nobody answered is the most useful thing on the page.
4. For the two or three strongest visitors in `people`, call `get_visitor_journey` to see what each actually did.
5. If a conversation matters, `get_conversation` for the exchange itself.

## Writing the brief

Six lines, not a page:

- **The company.** Name, industry, size, and whether the CRM shows an open deal and at what stage.
- **Who has been here.** How many people, how many you have an email for, and the strongest intent score.
- **What they asked.** The real questions, in their words. Lead with anything unanswered.
- **What they watched.** Tours and content from the journeys.
- **The opening.** One sentence: the question to answer first on the call.

## Rules

- Identities in conversation content are masked unless the credential carries the transcripts scope. The `people` list has the names; do not try to match a masked mention back to a person.
- `hasOpenDeal: false` with high intent means nobody in sales has picked this up. Say so plainly, it is the point of the brief.
- Do not summarise a conversation you did not read. If you only have the account brief, say what it shows and stop.
- Never write to the CRM from this skill. It reads.
