# Follow up on leads

## Steps

1. `whoami`. Confirm the workspace.
2. `execute list_leads` with a small `limit`. Newest first.
3. For each lead worth the time, `get_visitor_journey` on its `visitorId`. The verdict alone does not tell you what to say.
4. `execute list_follow_ups` with `status: "open"`. These are questions the agent promised an answer to. They outrank cold outreach every time — somebody asked and is waiting.
5. Write the plan.

## Writing the plan

One block per person, at most four lines:

- **Who.** Name, company, and the verdict tier with its reason.
- **What they did.** From the journey: tours watched, content opened, whether they booked.
- **What they asked.** Their words. Anything unanswered comes first.
- **What to send.** One specific next action. Not "follow up" — say what the message is about.

Sort by whether the agent owes them an answer, then by intent. Somebody waiting on a reply is a better use of the next ten minutes than the highest score on the list.

## Rules

- Never send anything from this skill. It reads and plans; a person sends.
- An open follow-up is a promise the product already made. Answering it is not outreach and should not be written like outreach.
- If a lead has no conversation and no tour, say there is nothing to work with rather than inventing a reason to call.
- Conversation content has the people masked unless the credential carries the transcripts scope. The lead record itself carries the real email and name.
