The best Drift alternatives in 2026
Drift was a chatbot, and Clari + Salesloft is retiring it. Here are five agents worth a look if you’re replacing it, who each one fits, and what each costs.
The short answer
For most growing companies, the best Drift alternative is ShowPilot, an inbound agent platform that answers buyers, picks the next step and books the meeting, on HubSpot or Salesforce. Who each one fits:

Drift was a chatbot. Replace it with an agent.
A chatbot follows the playbook you built: preset questions, then a route to sales. An agent answers in its own words from your content and decides what to do next for each buyer. Every tool on this list is an agent. They differ in what the agent can do.

The 5 best Drift alternatives, reviewed.
1. ShowPilot: Best for growing companies replacing a chatbot
OursShowPilot is a modern inbound agent platform. Its agents answer from your website and documents, and DecisionIQ picks the next step for each buyer: open the page, present a product tour, make an offer, or book the meeting on the right rep’s Google or Microsoft calendar. Reps can step into any conversation and hand it back.
Pick it if you’re a growing company replacing a chatbot with an agent platform, on HubSpot or Salesforce.
Where it falls short. It doesn’t join your team’s scheduled Zoom, Teams or Meet calls, and it doesn’t translate tours.
See the agent2. 1mind: Best for Salesloft teams
1mind sells photorealistic AI avatars, called Superhumans, to enterprise revenue teams. Clari + Salesloft named it Drift’s exclusive successor in March 2026, and its Ride-Along, in early access, joins Zoom, Teams and Meet calls to present or drive the product.
Pick it if you run on Salesloft and want the successor it recommends, or an avatar that joins sales calls.
Where it falls short. We didn’t find targeted offers, conversational forms or live rep takeover of the chat on its site, and it doesn’t publish pricing.
ShowPilot vs 1mind3. Qualified: Best for Salesforce-first enterprises
Qualified’s agent, Piper, is an AI SDR built for Salesforce, which completed its purchase of Qualified in April 2026. Piper talks by text, voice or video avatar, books across reps’ calendars, and also runs email nurture to thousands of contacts a month.
Pick it if you’re all-in on Salesforce, run a high-traffic site, and have time for a full rollout.
Where it falls short. It requires Salesforce CRM, its average implementation takes 30 to 60 days, and it walks buyers through website content or slide decks rather than your product.
ShowPilot vs Qualified4. Docket: Best for agents trained on internal sales content
Docket’s agent answers from a knowledge base that also pulls from Gong calls and Slack. Its Showroom loads your real product live inside the conversation, and it books on reps’ Google or Outlook calendars, routed by CRM rules.
Pick it if you want the agent to learn from Gong calls and Slack, and your budget starts at $4,000 a month.
Where it falls short. Plans start at $4,000 a month, billed annually, and reps answer handed-off chats from Slack or Teams rather than in the chat on your site.
ShowPilot vs Docket5. Chili Piper: Best for booking meetings from forms
Chili Piper turns a form submit into a booked meeting and routes it to the right rep. Distro handles deep Salesforce routing with lead-to-account matching, and its newer Chat AI answers from your website and documents.
Pick it if Drift mostly turned form fills into booked meetings, and you route in Salesforce.
Where it falls short. Its help center says voice and avatar are still being added, we didn’t find product demos on its site, and Distro works with Salesforce only.

How we picked these Drift alternatives.
We looked at the tools Drift teams evaluate for conversations on their website, and checked every claim against each vendor’s own site in October 2026. Where a feature isn’t on their site, we say it’s not listed rather than not offered.
- Answers in its own words

Drift alternatives: questions buyers ask.
What’s the best Drift alternative?
It depends on what Drift did for you. If you run on Salesloft, its recommended successor is 1mind. If you’re all-in on Salesforce, look at Qualified. If Drift mostly booked meetings from forms, look at Chili Piper. If you’re a growing company that wants to replace a chatbot with an agent platform, on HubSpot or Salesforce, that’s what ShowPilot is built for.
Is Drift being shut down?
Clari + Salesloft announced a gradual sunset of Drift in March 2026 and refers existing customers to 1mind. We didn’t find a public end date, and existing customers can still log in for now.
What’s the difference between a chatbot like Drift and an AI agent?
A chatbot runs the playbooks you build: preset questions, then a route to sales. An agent answers in its own words from your content and chooses what to do next for each buyer, such as opening a page, presenting the product, making an offer or booking the meeting.
Which Drift alternatives publish their pricing?
Of the tools on this page, ShowPilot starts at $1,500 a month, Chili Piper at $1,250 a month and Docket at $4,000 a month, all billed annually. 1mind and Qualified don’t publish prices.
Which Drift alternatives work with HubSpot?
ShowPilot, 1mind, Docket and Chili Piper all list HubSpot. Qualified requires Salesforce CRM, with HubSpot Marketing Hub as a connection. ShowPilot reads HubSpot contacts and deals, adds new contacts, logs booked meetings, and can import your HubSpot forms.
Which Drift alternatives have a video avatar?
ShowPilot offers a live video avatar and Beam, which puts the agent on the page itself, included on Team and an add-on on Launch. 1mind is built around photorealistic avatars, Qualified’s Piper can talk through a video avatar, and Docket’s comes with its Pro plan. Chili Piper’s help center says voice and avatar are being added.
Can I replace Drift without Salesloft?
Yes. ShowPilot, Docket and Chili Piper all work without a sales engagement platform. ShowPilot connects to HubSpot or Salesforce and to your reps’ Google or Microsoft calendars.
