What your CRM knows, the agent knows.

And what the agent learns, your CRM gets. Connect your CRM, Slack and your reps’ calendars, so every conversation starts informed and every result lands where your team already works.

The agent

Knows before they type

  • Lifecycle stage: Opportunity
  • Contact owner: Sam Reyes
  • Open deal: In evaluation

Learned in the conversation

  • Team of 40 reps
  • Wants to launch next quarter
  • Asked about Salesforce

A sign-in, not a services project.

An admin connects each system from one settings page by signing in and approving access. Each connection says what it reads and what it writes back.

Disconnect any time. Matching stops right away, and nothing already written to your systems is removed.

What flows in, what flows out, what it takes.

No asterisks. This is what each connection does today.

Your CRM

  • HubSpot

Recognizes your contacts, and logs meetings where your reps already work.

Conversations are not written to HubSpot today.

    Brings in

    • The matching contact, with owner and lifecycle stage.
    • Their company, and any open deal with its stage and amount.
    • Returning contacts, recognized from the HubSpot tracking cookie before they type.
    • Your existing HubSpot forms, imported as conversational forms.

    Sends out

    • A new contact when a visitor shares an email HubSpot doesn’t have.
    • Booked meetings on the contact’s timeline, with what the agent learned.
    • The contact owner from your routing, only when the contact has none.
    • Offer conversions, as a property plus any list or form the offer uses.

    What it takes

    • An admin approves the connection in HubSpot.
    • The HubSpot tracking code on your site, for recognition before they type.
  • Salesforce

Knows the account and the open pipeline, and logs hot leads as Tasks.

    Brings in

    • The matching Contact, or Lead when there is no Contact.
    • The Account, its owner, and open opportunities. Opportunities are read only.
    • An Account match from the company domain, before a visitor shares an email.

    Sends out

    • A completed Task per hot lead, with qualifying answers and a link to the conversation. On by default.
    • A new Lead per form submission, when you turn it on.
    • Existing records are never modified.

    What it takes

    • Production or sandbox, your choice.
    • A Salesforce user who can read Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Opportunities and create Tasks.
    • No package to install in your org.
  • Pardot

Matches the prospects your marketing team already knows.

    Brings in

    • Known prospects, matched by email, with their company.
    • Returning prospects from the Pardot cookie, when your tracking is first-party on your own domain.

    Sends out

    • Nothing. ShowPilot reads prospects and never edits them.

    What it takes

    • Salesforce connected in ShowPilot, plus your Pardot Business Unit Id. No second login.

Your team’s tools

  • Slack

Tells your reps who is worth their time while that person is still on the site.

    Brings in

    • Nothing. ShowPilot only posts, and reads nothing from Slack.

    Sends out

    • Hot leads, with a Claim button so two reps don’t chase the same person.
    • Booked meetings, callback requests, and finished tours.
    • Questions the agent couldn’t answer, so a teammate can step in.
    • A mention of the routed rep when their Slack email matches.

    What it takes

    • Permission to add apps to your workspace, and one channel for alerts.
  • Google and Microsoft calendars and mailboxes

Real open times in the conversation, and follow-up email from a real person.

    Brings in

    • Each rep’s open times, inside the working hours and booking rules they set.

    Sends out

    • The meeting, on the routed rep’s calendar, with the invite from their calendar.
    • Follow-up email from the rep’s own mailbox. Never from a ShowPilot address.

    What it takes

    • Each rep connects their own work account. The consent screen runs in their browser.
  • Meet, Teams, Zoom or Webex

Every booked meeting comes with a link to join.

    Brings in

    • Nothing.

    Sends out

    • A Google Meet or Teams link from the rep’s calendar, or the rep’s own Zoom, Webex, or Teams room.

    What it takes

    • One conferencing setting per rep.
  • Booking links

A fallback for when no rep’s calendar can take the meeting.

    Brings in

    • Nothing.

    Sends out

    • The visitor to your shared booking link: HubSpot meetings, the scheduler you already use, or any URL. HubSpot meeting links show times right in the chat.

    What it takes

    • One link, added in settings. Reps without a connected calendar can add their own.

Your analytics and automation

  • Google Tag Manager

The agent’s results count in the reports and ad platforms you already run.

    Brings in

    • Nothing.

    Sends out

    • Agent milestones to your page’s data layer: agent shown, conversation started, content viewed and finished, voice call started, lead captured, meeting booked.
    • No personal data. The lead-captured event carries no contact details.

    What it takes

    • No setup on your own site. Add triggers in your container.
    • On pages ShowPilot hosts for you, add your container ID.
  • Webhooks to your own endpoint

Captured details go wherever the rest of your stack lives.

    Brings in

    • Nothing.

    Sends out

    • A signed webhook with the details a form captured.

    What it takes

    • An endpoint URL on the form.
  • API and MCP

Your own tools and AI assistants work with ShowPilot directly.

    Brings in

    • Changes you allow, such as updating leads or adding knowledge.

    Sends out

    • Your tours, visitors, conversations and leads, through the API or the MCP server.

    What it takes

    • An admin creates a key with only the access you turn on. A test key works in a sandbox with sample data.

It often knows who’s there before they type.

The agent uses the tracking and records you already have, so a known buyer can skip the introductions.

Returning HubSpot contacts
If HubSpot tracking runs on your site, the agent recognizes known contacts from the cookie and opens where they are: name, company, stage, open deal.
Known Salesforce accounts
A new person from a company you already sell to is matched to that Account by their email domain.
When two systems disagree
Connect HubSpot and Salesforce and you choose which one wins for each kind of field, from identity and owner to pipeline stage. The other fills the blanks.
What stays where
Deleting a visitor’s data in ShowPilot doesn’t reach your CRM or Slack. Systems you connect keep their own copies, under your own policies.

Questions buyers ask.

What syncs with HubSpot?

ShowPilot reads the matching contact, their company and any open deal, and recognizes returning contacts from the HubSpot tracking cookie before they type. It writes back new contacts, booked meetings on the contact’s timeline, and offer conversions such as adding a contact to a list.

What syncs with Salesforce and Pardot?

ShowPilot matches visitors to contacts or leads with their account and any open opportunity, and can log a task for each hot lead and create a lead for each new form submission. It never changes your existing records, needs no package installed, and reads Pardot prospects through the same connection.

Which calendars can my agent book on?

Google and Microsoft. Each rep connects their own work calendar, meetings land on it with a Meet or Teams link, and email to prospects sends from that rep’s own mailbox.

What does the Slack integration do?

It posts to a channel you pick when a visitor turns hot, books a meeting, asks for a callback, asks something the agent couldn’t answer, or finishes a tour. A Claim button keeps two reps from chasing the same lead, and ShowPilot never reads your Slack messages.

Can I track agent conversions in my own analytics?

Yes. The agent sends moments such as conversation started, lead captured and meeting booked to Google Tag Manager, so you can fire GA4, ad and pixel conversions on them. No contact details are sent.

Is there an API?

Yes. Your own tools can read your tours, visitors, conversations and leads, and make changes where you allow it, such as updating leads or adding knowledge. Each key gets only the access you turn on, and a test key works in a sandbox with sample data. Webhooks tell your systems when a meeting is booked or a tour is finished, and an MCP server connects AI assistants such as Claude.
