Product tours
Interactive product tours your buyers can talk to.
Capture your product once with a Chrome extension. Buyers click through the tour on their own, or your agent presents it in chat or on a live video call and answers what they ask.

Watch a tour stop for a question.
Illustrative example: midway through the tour a buyer asks whether the product works with Salesforce. The agent answers, and the tour resumes.
Recorded in ShowPilot on a sample company’s site. Question overlay illustrative.
Everything you expect from an interactive tour.
Real copies of your screens, edits without recapturing, and a link or embed for every campaign. Then the part other tours can’t do: an agent that presents them.
Capture
- A Chrome extension: every click saves a screen
- Live HTML copies, so every element stays real
- Screenshots for pages that don’t copy well
- Video takes, cut into scenes on your clicks
Edit
- Change any text or image on a screen
- Hide, blur or remove customer data
- AI sample data, fresh dates, anonymized names
- One instruction across every screen in the tour
Build
- A first draft written for the audience you pick
- Hotspots and paths the buyer chooses
- Slides to open, divide and close the tour
- AI voiceover in a voice you choose
Share and measure
- Share links with campaign tags
- Embed on a page or behind a launch button
- Hubs and checklists for a set of tours
- Plays, completions, drop-off and known viewers
A click-through tour can’t answer back.
Build a tour once and choose how each buyer takes it. With the agent presenting, it’s the walkthrough a good rep gives, on any page, at any hour.
- 1
Self-guided
The buyer clicks through at their own pace, with a tooltip on each step.
- 2
Presented in chat
The agent moves from screen to screen in the conversation and answers questions as it goes.
- 3
Presented on a live call
The agent appears on video beside the tour and presents it out loud. The buyer speaks up, and it stops to answer.
- It points and clicks
- A highlight glides to each element, and a cursor clicks where a person would, so buyers see the product in use.
- It stops for questions
- The buyer asks mid-tour and gets an answer on the spot. If another captured screen shows it better, the agent pulls that one up.
- It reads the screen
- It can quote the number or label in front of the buyer, so the answer matches what they see.
- It ends with the next step
- When the tour is done, the agent asks for the meeting and books it on the right rep’s calendar.
Capture it once. Change it without recapturing.
Click through your product the way a customer would. ShowPilot assembles the screens and writes a first draft for the audience you pick. You polish it, then publish.
Each step sits on a captured screen, with the highlight anchored to the element you’re talking about.

Product tours are included on selected plans.
Share a tour wherever you reach buyers.
Build it once and send it anywhere. Insights counts every play, wherever it happened.
In the conversation
The agent offers the tour when it answers the buyer’s question, and presents it right there.
In an email or a campaign
Copy a share link with campaign tags already on it, or post it straight to LinkedIn.
On any page of your site
Paste one snippet to place the tour inline, or behind a launch button. Tour events reach your own analytics.
As a hub
Group related tours behind one link, with a checklist that shows the buyer what to watch next.
Questions buyers ask.
How do I capture my product for a tour?
With the ShowPilot Chrome extension. Click through your app and each click saves a screen, or record a video take. ShowPilot can turn the session into a tour and write the copy for you.
Can my buyers click through a tour on their own, or does someone present?
Both. A tour can be self-guided, or your agent can present it in chat or on a live video call, answering questions as it goes and asking for the meeting at the end. You set this for a group of tours and can change it for any one tour.
How do I share or embed a product tour?
Every published tour has a public link, with campaign tags if you want them, to send in email or post on social. You can also put it on your own pages, playing inline or behind a button that opens it over the page.
Can I see who watched my tour and where they dropped off?
Yes. Tour analytics shows plays, completions, button clicks, drop-off step by step, and known viewers ranked by time spent. You can export plays as a spreadsheet.
Do viewers need an account to take a tour?
No. Anyone with the link can walk through a published tour without signing up. To tailor a set of tours for one account, group them in a hub and add private notes that steer the agent but never appear to viewers.
Can I edit a tour after it’s live?
Yes. Viewers keep seeing the published version while you edit, and your changes go live when you update it. Links and embeds pick up the new version on their own, and you can roll back to any earlier one.
