Offers & forms

Capture more leads by asking fewer questions.

The agent knows who each visitor is from the conversation and your CRM, makes the offer that fits the moment, and asks only for what it’s missing. Every lead reaches your team qualified, with the full story attached.

The right offer for each visitor. None for the ones who aren’t ready.

Most popups fire the same offer at everyone. Here you describe who an offer is for in plain words, and it appears as a card on the page or the agent makes it in conversation. Caps and cool-downs mean nobody gets buried.

Describe the audience the way you would to a colleague. There are no rules to build: the agent works out who matches.

Forms that ask only what they don’t know.

A form in ShowPilot is a list of what you need to learn. The agent asks for it in the conversation, one question at a time, and leaves out anything it already has.

Booking a meeting, gating a download, registering for an event. Or import a HubSpot form: the fields pull in, and every submission posts back so your workflows keep running.

Business-email checks are built in, so personal addresses can be turned away before they reach your CRM.

Every visit adds to the picture.

The agent remembers what each visitor read and asked, and joins it with what your CRM already knows. Nobody gets asked the same thing twice.

    Who they are
Identity, how they were identified, every visit and page, and how well they fit your ideal customer, in one profile.
Welcome back, not “how can I help?”
Returning visitors are recognized in the same browser, and the agent picks up where the last visit ended.
    Known before they type
Visitors who are already contacts in HubSpot are recognized as they arrive, so the agent never asks for what you already have.
A brief your rep can read in a minute
Fit, scorecard, key takeaways, the questions they asked, and the pages they read, across every visit. Printable.

It qualifies as it talks. Nobody gets quizzed.

Pick the framework your team already sells with: BANT, MEDDIC, or MEDDPICC. The agent fills it in from the conversation itself, and only asks about the gaps.

Every answer is marked with where it came from: something the visitor said, a field in your CRM, or the agent’s inference. Your rep knows what to trust and what to confirm.

How do I control who sees my offer?

Describe the visitors in a sentence and ShowPilot fills in the targeting for you to adjust, from the campaign they came from and the pages they’re on to their CRM status, such as an open deal. You also pick which audiences the agent may make the offer to in conversation.

Will the agent keep pushing the same offer?

No. You set when the agent may make an offer, the most times it can make it in one visit, and how long it waits before trying again.

Can I keep using my HubSpot forms?

Yes. Add the HubSpot form’s ID to a form in ShowPilot and the agent asks for those fields in conversation. Each submission lands in that HubSpot form, so the follow-up you built there keeps running.

Do my visitors still fill in a long form?

No. You choose which details you need at each moment, such as a work email before showing meeting times, and the agent asks for them in its own words. It skips anything it already knows, so the visitor only sees what’s still missing.

Where do my captured leads go?

Into your ShowPilot leads list, where you can filter and export them. Depending on what you connect, each one also creates a HubSpot contact or a Salesforce lead, posts to Slack, or goes to your own endpoint by webhook.

How does the AI agent book and route meetings?

The agent shows real open times from the right rep’s Google or Microsoft calendar right in the chat, and the invite comes from that rep. Meetings go round robin by default, or by your rules, such as the owner of an open deal or a territory.
