Integrations
What each ShowPilot integration reads, what it writes back, and where to connect it.
Integrations connect your agent to the systems your team already works in. Your CRM tells the agent who a visitor is, so it can speak to their account and their open deals. Slack tells your reps when someone is worth their time. Your own analytics sees what happens inside the agent, so agent results count in the reports you already run.
This page lists every integration, what each one does, and where to connect it.
Where do you connect integrations?
You'll find the CRM and Slack connections in Settings → CRM & Sales tools. Each one has its own page there that says what it reads and what it writes back. Tag Manager on hosted pages is in Settings → Tracking, and API keys are in Settings → API keys.
Each rep connects their own calendar and mailbox from Inbound → Routing.

Frequently asked questions
Who can connect an integration?
Connecting and disconnecting integrations needs an admin in your ShowPilot organization. Calendars are the exception: each rep connects their own.
If I delete a visitor's data in ShowPilot, is it removed from my CRM too?
No. Systems you connect keep their own copies. Deleting a visitor's data in ShowPilot doesn't remove what was already written to your CRM or posted in Slack. See Privacy and data.
Does Google Tag Manager need to be connected in ShowPilot?
Not on your own website. If the agent is on your page, its milestone events are already firing into your data layer. You only turn on Tag Manager in ShowPilot for pages ShowPilot hosts.
