Your profile
Update your name and the details your team sees, and manage your login and security.
Your profile is how you appear to your team in ShowPilot. Only you can change it.
This article covers updating your details and managing your login and sign-in security.
How do you update your profile?
Open Profile
Go to Settings → Profile.
Edit your details
Change any of First name, Last name, Company, Role and About. About is a short bio for your team to see.
Save
Select Save. Saved appears next to the button.
How do you change your email, password or sign-in security?
Under Account & security, select Manage. From there you can change your email address and password. You can also set up two-factor sign-in and see your active sessions.
Test it
Your profile is up to date when your changes survive a reload:
- Reload Settings → Profile. Your changes are still there.
- Go back to Settings. The Profile row shows your updated name.
Frequently asked questions
Can an admin edit my profile?
No. Only you can change your profile.
Where do I turn on two-factor sign-in?
Under Account & security, select Manage.
