Accounts
Every company that engaged your agent, with intent, open deals and owner, sorted so the best leads come first.
Insights → Accounts turns anonymous site traffic into a ranked list of companies, so your sales team spends its time on the accounts most likely to buy. Each row shows how strong the account's intent is, whether it has an open deal, and who owns it.
This article covers what the tab shows, how intent is scored, and how to work the list.
An account appears when ShowPilot has matched at least one visitor to a company and that company was active in your date range.
What do the KPI cards count?

How do you work the Engaged accounts table?
The table is sorted by intent, highest first, and shows up to 100 accounts. Work it from the top down.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Account | The company name and domain, its tier (Target, Customer, Churned or Unknown), and an ICP badge for Target accounts. |
| Intent | The highest intent score among the account's visitors, from 0 to 100, with a trend label. |
| Open opp | Open deal value, when the account has an open deal. |
| Influenced | Open deal value at the account. |
| Owner | The account owner from your CRM, or Unassigned. |
The trend label next to intent reads:
- Warming when the account's intent score is 60 or higher.
- Cooling when the account was last active in the first half of your date range.
- Flat otherwise.
How is intent scored?
Your agent records buying signals as it talks with a visitor. Each signal carries a weight, and a visitor's intent score is the sum of their 10 most recent signals, capped at 100. An account's score is its highest-scoring visitor.
A score of 30 or more makes a conversation qualified. A score of 60 or more is hot.
