Brief
A weekly written report on what your agents did, with up to three recommended changes.
Insights → Brief turns a week of agent activity into a short written report and up to three changes worth making. Use it to explain the agent's contribution to your team, and to decide what to tune next. Read it when you want the story rather than the charts.
This article covers what the Brief contains and how to act on its recommendations.
The Brief always covers the last 7 days. The date range control on the other tabs doesn't apply here.
What does the Brief show?

How is the report written?
ShowPilot's AI writes it from your agents' numbers, then suggests what to change. You get a few paragraphs on what your agents did this week, followed by up to three Recommendation cards.
If you have no agents yet, or your agents haven't worked any visitors this week, the Brief says so and points you to the next step instead of making up a trend.
How do you act on a recommendation?
Each Recommendation card has:
- A title and a short explanation of what the AI saw and what to change.
- A confidence label: High confidence, Medium confidence or Low confidence.
- A button that takes you to the screen where you make the change.
What does Playbook this week show?
It lists the skills loaded for your agents, sorted by how many times each one fired in the last 7 days. Select Open skills library to see or change them.
What is behind The numbers?
Select The numbers to expand the figures behind the report:
- One card per agent with its visits · 7d and the engaged share of its moves. A move is one decision your agent made on its own for a visitor while they browsed. It counts as engaged when its recorded outcome was engaged or converted.
- Who is visiting: the three most common labels your agent gave visitors this week.
- What's working: the three actions with the best engaged rate, among actions used at least 3 times.
- Why it's working: the three skills that fired most often.
Select an agent card to open that agent.
Where do you see each agent's briefing?
Select Agent briefings to see each agent's instructions and active skills. Select Tune on a row to edit that agent.
Troubleshooting
