Agent health
Check that your agent answers reliably and quickly, and see which agent produced the most meetings.
Insights → Agent health tells you whether your agent is fit to work buyers. It shows whether the agent finishes its replies with real answers, and how fast it responds. It also ranks your agents by the meetings they produce, so you can see which setup works best.
This article covers each tile and table on the tab. Check it after you change an agent's instructions or knowledge.

What do the KPI tiles count?
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Reliability | Agent replies completed, divided by completed replies plus replies that failed with an error. |
| Answer rate | Agent replies that contained text, divided by all agent replies. |
| Turns handled | Agent replies in the range. |
| Avg. voice call | Average length of a voice conversation. |
Each tile shows the change against the previous period.
How is response time measured?
Response time is the time from the start of a turn to the agent's reply:
- Median (p50): half of replies were faster than this.
- 95th percentile (p95): the slowest 1 in 20 replies took at least this long. This is what your least patient visitors feel.
Which agent produces the most meetings?
Agent performance has one row per agent that held a conversation in the range, sorted by meetings.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Conversations the agent held. |
| Avg length | Average time from the first to the last message. |
| Qualified | Share of its conversations with a visitor whose intent score reached 30. |
| Meetings | Live calls and bookings from its conversations. |
If one agent books far more meetings from similar traffic, compare its instructions and skills with the others.
