Inbound
Where you see who your agent captured, the meetings it booked and the questions it passed to your team, and where you set up what it offers and asks.
Inbound is where your agent's pipeline shows up. Every visitor it captured, every meeting it booked and every question it passed to your team lands here, next to the settings that decide how it turns website traffic into qualified buyers and booked meetings.
This article covers what each part of Inbound is for and where to start.
Where do you find Inbound?
Open Inbound from the sidebar. It opens on Leads.
You're in the right place when you want to act on what your agent produced, or change what it offers and collects from visitors.
What is on each tab?
The first three tabs are outcomes. The rest are the settings that produce them.
| Tab | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Leads | Everyone the agent captured or booked, one person per row. |
| Meetings | The meetings the agent booked, and a checklist of what happens when one books. |
| Follow-ups | Questions the agent couldn't answer. Your team writes the answer once. |
| Offers | Popups, toasts and banners shown on your site, which the agent can also bring up in conversation. |
| Audiences | Descriptions of the kinds of visitors you serve, which the agent matches visitors against. |
| Forms | What the agent collects before it books a meeting, hands off to your team, or opens gated content. |
| Routing | Your team's calendars and hours, and the rules for who gets each visitor. |
What else sits next to Inbound in the sidebar?
- Relay shows who is talking to your agent right now. You can step into a conversation, send your calendar times or start a video call.
- Conversations holds every transcript, with what each visitor looked at and what the agent learned about them.
How does the agent ask visitors for details?
You never write the agent's lines. You decide what it needs to collect, such as a work email before showing meeting times, and the agent asks for it in its own words, in the flow of the conversation. It skips anything it already knows.
Frequently asked questions
Do I write the questions the agent asks?
No. You choose what the agent needs to collect on a form. The agent words each ask itself and skips anything it already knows.
Where do I see who the agent booked?
On Inbound → Meetings. Everyone the agent captured or booked is also on Inbound → Leads.
What happens when the agent can't answer a question?
It tells the visitor your team will follow up and adds the question to Inbound → Follow-ups, where your team answers it once.
